GIFT VOUCHER REGULATIONS

RULES FOR THE USE OF GIFT VOUCHERS OF THE 5 ELEMENTS STORE

• The voucher entitles you to take advantage of the offer of the 5 elements store with a discount of the equivalent of the voucher
• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. During this time, you should use them for products available in our store. After the expiry date, the entire value of the voucher is forfeited
• The voucher must be used during one purchase
• As for all our products, we issue a receipt for the voucher, but we can also issue a VAT invoice.
• The voucher can be sent by e-mail for printing or by mail (closed in a decorative envelope)
• Each voucher has a unique code that must be entered when shopping at the 5 Elements store
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Voucher payments can be combined with promotions and discounts available in our store.
• Name vouchers can be transferred to another person.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash

RULES FOR SALE GIFT VOUCHERS

• The voucher can be sent to you by mail (in the form of a decorative envelope with the voucher inside) or by e-mail with the option of printing on your own
• Gift Vouchers are available for sale and can be for any amount.
