The humans are short lived and greedy creatures, like lice infecting the world with their disease-ridden numbers. Like most sentient creatures, however, family is exceptionally important. A human's heritage is a part of their identity.

That's why you took the prince's head after you defeated him in battle. You wanted the royal family to fear you and your ferocious might. Wearing your Human Shrunken Head on your belt has caused quite a commotion in the human ranks.

DETAILS

Epic Armoury's Human Shrunken Head is a ghastly latex accessory designed to look like the shrunken head of a man. Made from 100% natural latex and synthetic hair, this head adornment can be hung from a belt or staff using its long brown hair. It is sure to create fear in the hearts of your enemies.

The Human Shrunken Head is 12cm tall and 8cm wide with a broad nose and round ears. Sculpted and hand painted details make it appear as if the head had been cut off, de-boned and preserved through a drying process. A sculpted latex bone has been set through the trophy's nose and the lips have been pierced with beaded strings for decoration. The Shrunken head is skin-coloured with shaded creases and wrinkles. It can be carefully dry-brushed or customized using Epic Effects Make-Up.

Similar in use to the historical practice of human trophy collecting.

Natural leather products are very durable, but require regular maintenance with leather care products to stay flexible and to increase life-time. Make sure your leather products are kept dry when stored. Let wet leather dry naturally before treating. If frequently wet and dry, increase frequency of maintenance.

Cleaning

It is best to start cleaning leather from the most delicate measures possible. Therefore, use a damp cloth with a little soap. If this is not enough - use a hard brush to remove dirt. Remove the soap with a separate damp cloth to wipe away any soap residue, and then use a dry cloth to wipe away the remaining water from the leather. Let it dry completely before the next maintenance step.

Conditioning

Always keep the leather maintenance after cleaning, because the soap will remove some of its natural oils. Apply mink oil, olive oil or professional lanolin-based fats to clean leather using a clean cloth, gently rubbing a small amount of fat with circular movements. Wait for the fat to soak in the leather, then use a clean cloth to clog the residue. For maintenance, you can also use beeswax by heating it to a liquid state and applying it to the leather. Remember that the leather so preserved will be harder and significantly darken what sometimes is the desired effect.
